The project 'BrainNet-Working' aims to give migrant workers a chance 'to improve their skills' professional in order to reintegrate them more' easily in the labor market in the country of origin, promoting the 'brain circulation' to expense of more 'damaging' brain drain ', contributing' to the modernization and development of the countries concerned to facilitate their relations with the European Union.
