He said that these elections are very important, aiming at solving the political crisis in the country. In addition , Elections will be held after the new rules, provided the amended Electoral Code. Head of OSCE Mission noted that observers will closely monitor the electoral process. This is the third row of parliamentary elections held in Moldova in the last two years, after lawmakers failed to elect the head of state with three fifths (61 of 100). When Communist deputies voted for the president, the opposition boycotted the election, and the roles were reversed after repeated parliamentary elections, the situation remains the same. It was also dropped proportional distribution of the mandates system of parties that have not passed the threshold. This means that they have used the principle of parity, the mandates will be distributed equally between the factions, regardless of the number of votes obtained. (Mediafax) ziaruldeiasi.ro |
