 - Company name - Serial number of company INPS - Legal representative data - Employer's identity card (passport or an equivalent qualification if the employer is not an EU citizen) - Residence of the employer (in case the employer is not an EU citizen) - Birth certificate (Decree 30/2007) (in case the employer is an EU citizen) - Identity card of the person is not self-sufficient, requiring assistance (where the employer is not the person requiring assistance) - Tax Code - Address where work will be performed. - Address the accommodation of the employee. - Cud or last income statement or balance report financial officer - Marca da bollo from € 14.62 Documents required of the employee: - Copy of valid passport.
