Yesterday, the official website of the European Court of Human Rights published the first three decisions on cases brought by the NGO Hyde Park against the Republic of Moldova, claiming infringement on free assembly, RM defended the Constitution but also Article 11 of European Convention Human Rights Act specialized international, that our state to ratify it and even prevail over domestic laws if they conflict with the ECHR.

If we will continue with this pace I think we will get money only for a few months Moldovan budget. So the police not only violates our fundamental rights but are also responsible for attaint such enormous amounts of money.
