Pro Democracy Association (APD), together with other international organizations, European institutions for action to stop the policy of intimidating civil society from Moldova, Chisinau authorities applied. According to the Pro Democracy Association, the Communist authorities began to harass and member organizations of the Civic Coalition for Free and Fair Elections Coalition in 2009, which monitored the election process and said the April 5 parliamentary elections to be only partly correct and partly free.
