Daylight Saving Time was first introduced in 1932 having a period from May 22 to October 2 and is applied until 1941. Between 1941 and 1978, daylight saving was not considered. It was reintroduced in 1979 and then until 1996 last summer at the last Sunday of March and to winter time on the last Sunday of September. After 1997, switching to summer time at a GMT of the last Sunday of March (after 22 March) and winter time at a GMT of the last Sunday of October. Not all countries that use daylight saving time, only 70 countries worldwide.

From the point of view, I think "Summer Time" is a technological aberration robotizează man. Plea, and that will save energy, is opposed by the scientific findings indicate that in this period of "summer time" saves only 2\% (!) Of total energy efficiency. Summer Time is the enemy of our health from several causes:

- Disturbs the human biological clock, waking-sleep relationship in particular;

- Are particularly acute cardiovascular disorders related to sleep-sleep relationship;

- Given that between the hours of 9:10 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. is înnoptează man feeds and sleeps later (because of daily occupations), which leads to digestive diseases.

Each person has "its own biological clock" that relates to the Cosmic clock and the question that why the 205 countries of the world, only 70 applied this system? Rather their governments handling campaigns go, playing with people's health and it's a pity that hit Moldova in this trap ... Incidentally, the Russian media, run a story like that daylight saving will not be enforced because it is pointless and is the disadvantage of citizens, but apparently only had the intent. I hope more in the future will be a public body to clear the danger and therefore should be abolished summer time.
