Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Moldova, signed again PDF Print E-mail

Members of the first Parliament of Moldova will also provide new signatures on the Declaration of Independence, which burned during the events of last April. The decision was taken to restore the signatures of the current Parliament.

Declaration has not lost the legal power and restore the original document is merely a symbolic gesture. Nearly 230 Members of Parliament who are alive first to sign the document.

Deceased Members signatures will be scanned and attached the new document declaration.

Symbolic act of signing will take place Monday, April 26th, the eve of a new official holiday of the Republic of Moldova - State Flag Day. It was also established by decision of the current parliament.
