According to Prime Minister Filat, this approach has the support of external partners, including offering financial support in this regard. "Polling stations will be opened in consultation with host countries but also factors in our decision," said Filat. However, in addition to the 32 polling stations in embassies and operational missions, will operate a branch in the Moldovan Embassy in Madrid and one at the Consulate General of the Republic of Moldova, Iasi. According to the Electoral Code, the President is appointed by the chief electoral office of diplomatic mission of Moldova in the host country. Accordingly, each party may delegate to one member of the committee or in the event that the parties refuses to do so, the CEC has the right to delegate one representative. Voting security will be provided including foreign observers.
