The Constitution (Article 75), the most important problems of society and the state are subject to referendum, and the decisions by referendum Republican supreme legal power. On September 5, 2010, for the first time in Moldova will be held constitutional referendum in which voters will exhibit on the draft law amending Article 78 of the Constitution, which proposes direct election of the president. Voters are offered to answer the question "Are you for changing the Constitution for the election of the President by the entire people?", voting for one of the following:
