The CEC in session Tuesday, October 19, 2010, the Central Electoral Commission established, the proposal to the Government, the organization has 75 polling stations abroad for early parliamentary elections of 28 November 2010. 35 polling locations will be open diplomatic missions, and others outside their 40. Accordingly, in Italy will be opened 16 polling stations in Romania - 8, in the U.S. - 8, in Russia - four, in Spain, France and Ukraine - each 3.

In the same meeting, the Commission has registered Valeriu Plesca as an independent candidate and the Conservative Party as a candidate in parliamentary elections of 28 November 2010.
