Russian presidential administration head Sergei Narâşkin, visited Chisinau, has witnessed an agreement between the Communist Party of Moldova (PCRM) and the Democratic Party (DP), reported on Sunday, Gazeta.ru cited by Agerpres. "We had consultations with leaders of parliamentary parties - Marian Lupu and Vladimir Voronin - on further developments," said Sergei Narâşkin after the call, according to Interfax. The head of Russian presidential administration, parliamentary elections in Moldova and "a certain foreshadowing of the political construction" will influence domestic and foreign policies of the country. Previously, RIA Novosti reported that the Communist Party and the Democratic Party formed a center-left coalition, gathering as 57 votes in parliament, enough to elect the governing bodies of the legislature, but not for the election of the President, a procedure that requires 61 votes.

Honorary President of the Democratic Party, Dumitru Diacov, denied information and communist Vadim Misin said it has not yet reached an agreement on the creation of the alliance, but that discussions are constructive.
