 Legislative Decree n. 5 of 8 January 2007 introduced some changes in terms of family reunion, assimilating the European directive 2003/86/EC. Immigration single points of contact, established in the Prefectures - Government regional offices (see addresses) are authorized to receive documentation on the family reunion. - Form S - Application for permission to family reunification There are attached form: Form S1 - Statement attesting to the agreement ospita minor Form T2 - Statement attesting to the agreement ospita and family members who want unification Form S2 - Statement on the existence of a work - Form T - Request for permission to enter family members as a result of alien entry Form are attached.
