After long negotiations on the political future of RM between the four opposition parties that have access to the new (old) Parliament this year, Our Moldova Alliance, Democratic Party, Liberal Party and Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova has started to up the Coalition Alliance European Integration ", whose main document was initialed by the above-mentioned leaders of political parties. Is a step forward for our country's stability, since it was a common view of reality by following the basic ideas set out in articles of incorporation of the Coalition

1. Restoring the rule of law
- Ensure respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms.
- Ensure freedom of the media and public broadcasting reform.
- Elimination of the consequences of rapid usurpation of state power by ensuring effective separation of legislative, executive and judiciary and collaboration between them.
- Ensure functional democratic state institutions.
- Guaranteeing the independence of the judiciary and complete reforms in this area.
- Reforming the law enforcement structures in line with European standards.

- Full and objective investigation of the events of April 2009 by establishing a commission of inquiry, credible and de-politicized, involving independent experts and representatives of international institutions.
2. Social crisis - and ensuring economic growth
- Develop and implement programs to fight economic and financial crisis.
- Eradication of poverty. Proper management, honest and transparent public money.
- Optimizing the administrative costs and shift the money saved by the social sphere.
- Liberalization of the economy, abolition of monopolies and excessive red tape, taxation and financial optimization.
- Elimination of state involvement in abusive entrepreneurship.
- Restoring and strengthening relations with international financial institutions.
3. Decentralization of power and ensuring local autonomy
- Removing the "vertical power" and eliminate political discrimination in the budget process and allocation of investments by local authorities.
- Ensure the autonomy of local government in compliance with European standards.
4. Territorial reintegration of Moldova
- Continue negotiations to resolve the Transnistrian problem.
- Ensuring transparency in the settlement process and identify a viable mechanism for complex regulation of the Transnistrian problem.
5. Moldova's European integration and promoting a balanced foreign policy, consistent and responsible
- Negotiating and signing the Association Agreement between Moldova and the EU.
- Promote strategic partnerships with the United States and Russian Federation.
- Restoring and strengthening good neighborly relations with Romania and Ukraine.
- Abolition of the visa regime for Romanian citizens and signing on local border traffic.
- Restoration of Moldova's image in the world and restore confidence internally and externally.

As remarkable as Speaker Marian Lupu PD was exceeded the first stage of negotiations and is the second main step-recovery negotiations with Communist Party representatives on their availability to participate in the governance process by providing support for the presidential election.

I think this step is difficult given that conflict with the principles adopted by the coalition principles of "ideology" of the Communists (see visa for Romanian and signing the Convention on local border traffic, etc.).. In principle, if the coalition said that is oriented towards Europe, where Communist Party can rely on Russia and Moldova that will dispute the threshold of a new election to be held early next year. But the step chosen by the Communist Party can not have only negative consequences both for the population, and for this party will lose more and more voters.

What will happen on we will see after Voronin's return from vacation planned in Turkey and we may have many surprises-surprises policy.
