Dozens of people gathered today, October 7, at St. Demetrios Orthodox Church in Parma to celebrate Day of the Holy shrine. Moldovan citizens, Greek, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian and Italians joined in a prayer for peace and tranquility. Among the believers present were present and Mr. Consul General in Bologna, Nicholas Nut and Consul Mr. Bologna, Zmeu Vadim, who was appointed this fall. Everyone could refer to them with questions or just to talk. Regardless of the distance that separates us from the house, regardless of nation or social level to which we belong, the church unites them all and be transmitted through the hallowed traditions of the ancestors. Just knowing you can create a future past.
