Currently, to receive "denial of matrimonio" the consulate / embassy in Moldova Itlaia, each prospective spouse must submit the following documents:

  • Birth certificate.
  • Certificate of civil status.
  • Criminal record.
  • Divorce certificate (if someone is divorced spouse).
  • Marriage certificate (if any).
  • Death certificate of former spouse (only when it happened).
  • Compile DEMAND for marriage certificate, which can be found here: DOWNLOAD APPLICATION .

NOTE: All these documents must be translated into Italian, legalized and authenticated in Moldova.
