Named after some holidays (which is not fair, considering the many problems faced in everyday life of people with disabilities), this day was established in 1992 to promote and protect the rights, freedoms and interests those who locomotor dysfunction, visual, auditory, etc.. But it looks something very important: people with disabilities do not need someone miles once a year, but require understanding and compassion every day, requiring a good word and help each other.
