On December 19, after discussions and proposals arising from the 193 participating countries at the UN special summit on climate change held in the capital of Denmark, an agreement was only three pages, only 26 countries approved of all those present . This document, which was expected with great hope throughout the world, especially 3rd world people, aimed at complementing Kzoto Protocol which aims at reducing carbon greenhouse gases, produced a profound disappointment, because nua solved the basic problem: order the industrialized countries to progressively decrease of 50 percent by 2050, the volume of harmful substances released into the atmosphere. Copehaga Agreement is based on two directions: lower global temperature by 2 degrees and the compensation amount to 100 billion dollars per year by 2020, poor countries. Unfortunately, there is provided a source of where this huge sum will be allocated and what measures will be taken to limit conduct the emissions of greenhouse gases.

Most officials at the summit participants considered that the reduction of two degrees of global temperature is unreal, in condiţţile in which the alarming increase in world industrial process and reduce areas of forests, especially Amazonia basin. As a result, corporate games and scenes of politicians that I have had great influences to undermine the summit, despite the protests of disagreement conducted by private citizens and environmental organizations. They have not thought about the needs and safety pămâtenilor acting under maximum: "After us the deluge."
